Hello, just created a new page for my fictional library with sources for rubrics. I have used rubistar and found it very user friendly. Thinking back on the last year of teaching in CD, rubics would have been very useful. I did do 2 rubrics at the very end of the year and it made grading so much easier. Also I think I was much clearer in my own mind on what I expected from the students. What was interesting, I had one student that did very well in class, but when I had a rubic for a poster project, she missed one of the major points of the poster completely. It was a wakeup call for me and my students about what the expectations where. I think I learned much more than the students last year.
